1. Screen printing
Print through a screen, let the color paste pass through the areas that need to be printed, and seal the areas do not need to be printed with polymer. Therefore, a color needs to use a screen, and printing has higher requirements for flowers, and slightly off will cause color overlap.
2. Circular screen printing
Circular screen printing refers to the printing of color paste on hollow patterns through a rotating shaft. The efficiency of circular screen printing is very high and the output is large, but the color is limited in the color.
3. Transfer printing
It refers to the use of disperse dyes and ink on a specific gravure paper to print floral patterns and produce heat transfer printing paper, then print the corresponding pattern onto the fabric under high temperature and pressure of approximately 210 ℃ and 400T. The distinguishing point of its pattern is that the pattern of the print is clearly layered.
