Weave Specifications of Traditional and Colored Denim Denim is made of pure cotton indigo dyed warp yarns and natural weft yarns, and is interwoven with three-up and down-right twill weave. Generally, it can be divided into three categories: light, medium, and heavy. Weight 200-340 g/m2 (6-10 oz/sq yd), medium weight 340-450 g/m (10-13 oz/sq yd) Heavy cloth weight over 450 g, yarn count; heavy 7×6 , medium-sized 10×10, light-weight 12×12 (English) or above. The width of the cloth is mostly between 114-152 cm. In addition to the above traditional products, there are also patterned denim;

⒈ Color denim with different raw material structure;

(1) The elastic denim is woven by using a small proportion of spandex yarn (about 3-4% of the yarn weight) as the core-spun elastic warp or weft of the warp.

(2) Snowflake denim with a low proportion of polyester and cotton blended as warp yarns, which produces a whitening effect after dyeing.

(3) High-grade denim made of cotton and linen and cotton-wool blended yarn.

⑷ Denim woven with medium and long fibers (T/R).

⒉ Color denim fabrics woven by different processing techniques

(1) Bark crepe denim woven with high twist weft yarn

(2) When the warp is dyed, first use vulcanized or Haichanglan and other dyes as a base, and then dye indigo blue over-dyed denim.

(3) Color-striped denim with colored warps embedded in indigo-colored warps

⑷ Hang white or print on indigo denim.
