From ancient times to the present, there are many types of clothing fabrics, such as cotton fabrics, linen fabrics, and silk fabrics. 1. Chiffon

According to the raw materials used in the production, it can be roughly divided into two categories: silk chiffon and chemical fiber chiffon. The characteristics of chiffon are lightness and drape, it is more suitable for making summer Hanfu. The chiffon we often mentioned is chemical fiber chiffon, which is generally made of polyester. It is light and soft, but the air permeability is poor, and it is easy to sweat.

2. Cotton

Cotton cloth is a very ancient fabric for Hanfu. Now commonly used cotton cloth includes slub cotton, jacquard cotton, rayon and so on. Cotton cloth has better permeability, absorbs sweat and without stuffy feeling, it is suitable for making underwear and some summer clothing. However, cotton cloth has poor wrinkle resistance and is easy to wrinkle into a ball. Another problem with cotton cloth is too plain, so it is difficult to satisfy the fantasy of some women's beautiful clothes.

3. Linen

Like cotton, linen has been used in China for thousands of years. Linen is rougher and tougher than cotton, but it has better air permeability and toughness. It can be roughly divided into two categories: linen and ramie. Ramie is relatively soft and available in thinner styles, while linen is quainter. Hanfu made of linen is more wrinkle-resistant than cotton, but it is also easy to snag and not absorb sweat.
